That might be you if you She was more present and engaging with her human friends, she wasn’t fixating on the fence or barking at every sound she heard, and she bounced back much more quickly when something did get her a little wound up - all behaviors that we’ve seen at the shelter as the stress of living around other dogs has taken its toll.įruit Snack had a blast, but we unfortunately couldn’t stay forever, and it broke our hearts to bring her back to our kennels. She had a whole yard to herself through where she could run, play, and explore without any other dogs around, and we could tell it made a difference right away. Fruit Snack is still waiting on Santa to deliver her a home 🎁🏠 She’s desperate to leave the shelter after 6 weeks without a break, so to help ease her kennel stress, we treated her to a field trip in out in the ‘burbs!
